Laughter – it’s good for you!
I love to laugh!
I have always seen the funny side of things and have laughed many times to help lighten a situation. I believe laughter is really good for us and I want to share all I have learned to help everyone improve their laugh-style. The more I have used laughter therapy, the more I have discovered the benefits for body, mind and spirit.
Lighten is a word we use in many life situations. The dictionary meaning:
make or become lighter in weight, pressure, or severity
make or become more cheerful or less serious
Be inspired to lighten your load, try by setting a goal or two.
Be en-lightened on the motivation page.
Lighten up and book into a laughter session on the laugh page.
There’s been a “light at the end of the tunnel” that most of us have looked for at some stage in our life.
I’ve been so frustrated sometimes, I’ve run down and turned the light on, sometimes off!!
Since 2005 I have been training/teaching adults in the work place and in the community and Neighbourhood Houses. I have taught complete beginners computer basics to business management, budgeting, Italian and Portuguese for Travel and I have facilitated cooking and laughter sessions for community groups. During my many classes we share memories with stories about food and funny family life stories. All my classes have been fun, relaxed and I always kept my sense of humour ready to lighten up the mood.
In 2015 I completed the Educator Certificate for Ageless Grace® – a series of simple, playful exercises based on the science of neuroplasticity using all five functions of the brain—analytic, strategic, kinaesthetic learning, memory/recall, creativity and imagination.
In 2016 I became a Wellness Coach helping individuals reach goals, get motivated and stay positive.

Agata Commisso is a certified trainer, wellness practitioner and laughter coach with over 15 years experience in community education. For several years Agata lived and traveled broadly overseas and her love of culture, food and language enables her to connect with people from all walks of life. As a natural communicator with a trademark bubbly personality Agata’s classes always include fun elements as well as valuable skills for living.
